1 bunch of fresh Parsley leaves
8 cups of Water
2 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon fresh Lemon Juice
Wash and chop the leaves into large pieces. Boil the water over medium heat and when it starts to boil you should add the leaves and lower the heat. Let simmer for 10 minutes. You can add lemon and honey to taste at the time of serving. It is recommended to drink 1-2 cups daily. You can store the tea in glass containers in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
